When Carrots Become Killers


Okay it is definitely something that some people say, "Oh as long as it's natural it's good for you."  Oh really?  Seriously here's an issue- anything in excess can kill you even if it's meant to be beneficial and also, not everything natural is good for you.  Poisons, dirt, saturated fats, etc. are natural yet the KILL the person.  This would actually derive to where people overindulge with CARROTS.  That's right- carrots.  Okay, carrots are antioxidants, used to kill bad cells, there is no question to that even if you're no scientist.  However carrots being rich in Vitamin A has this fact- too much of carrots means it will store in the LIVER.  It's no water soluble, it's FAT soluble.  The liver filters the body and that's where the excess Vitamin A is stored, which can result from eating too much of carrots than required.  Here's a little bit of a result of what happens...

Not so good isn't it.  Besides it's a sign you could die by liver rupture... OUCH!  Talk about a fatal death.

Besides there are STILL other good foods to eat like a delicious bunch of spinach, broccoli, guyabano, jackfruit, tomatoes, etc. which would also help cleanse the body from bad toxins.  Besides my daily sources of vitamin A happen to be less yellow than carrots as to make sure I don't get excessive vitamin A because raw carrot sticks can be very yummy.

I guess it's time for me to propose writing "The House of Flying Carrots"....
